Terms of Service

These terms are between you and [operating entity] (“LeadInBio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use LeadInBio for a business or organisation, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.

LeadInBio lets you build a public page with links, media, social icons and a lead form. Leads submitted through the form are saved to your dashboard, emailed to you and, on plans that include it, sent to a webhook you choose.

• LeadInBio is in closed beta and open by invitation only. Invite codes are personal: each works once and is linked to the account created with it.
• During the beta, an invite gives your account Pro plan features for one year. It is free: we don't collect payment details, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. We will give notice before paid plans begin.
• Features may change or be withdrawn, data may occasionally be lost, and there is no uptime guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

Each plan has limits — such as the number of pages, how many leads are shown in the dashboard and how many lead emails are sent each month. Your current plan and usage are shown in your dashboard, and limits may change during the beta.

• When you reach a lead email limit, new leads are still saved to your dashboard; only the email is skipped.
• Pages on the free plan show a small “Made with LeadInBio” link.
• Payments, once introduced, will be handled by [payment provider or merchant of record], and their terms will also apply to your purchase.

• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or organisation per account. Don't share your login.
• You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

• Page links (leadin.bio/p/…) are available on a first-come basis.
• Some names are reserved, and links that imitate the LeadInBio name aren't allowed.
• When you rename or delete a page, its old link stays reserved for you for 30 days, and anyone who opens it is sent to the LeadInBio home page. After that, anyone can claim it.
• We may remove or reassign a link that impersonates someone or infringes someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You give us permission to host, display and deliver it only as needed to run LeadInBio.

Launched pages are public. Anyone with the link can see them, and search engines may index them and show them in results. Don't publish anything you want to keep private. You can hide a page or delete it at any time.

You may not use LeadInBio to:

• impersonate a person, brand or organisation, or link to pages that do;
• phish for passwords, payment details or identity documents, or spread malware;
• publish content that is illegal where you or your visitors are;
• publish sexual content involving minors, incite violence, or harass a specific person;
• send unsolicited bulk messages to people whose details you collected through your form;
• interfere with the service, including automated scraping, overloading it, or trying to access other people's data.

We may remove a page or suspend an account that breaks these rules — without notice where the harm is immediate. We don't pre-screen pages, but we act on reports.

People who fill in your form are giving their details to you. That makes you responsible for:

• having a lawful basis to collect and use those details, and telling people what you will do with them — the consent text on the form is there for this;
• answering their requests to access, correct or delete their details;
• what happens to the data after it reaches your email or your webhook.

We store and deliver lead data on your instructions and don't use it for our own purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

• You choose where a webhook sends lead data, and you are responsible for that destination.
• For security, webhooks can't be sent to private or internal network addresses.
• We try to deliver every webhook and email, but can't guarantee delivery. Each lead shows whether its email and webhook were sent.

We look after your data carefully, but storage isn't unlimited. If it runs short, we may delete analytics older than 180 days and, for free-plan accounts, leads beyond each account's 25 most recent. Leads on paid plans are never removed for this reason. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep LeadInBio running, but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support during the beta is best-effort, by email to [contact email].

• You can delete any page yourself at any time. This permanently deletes its content, leads and analytics.
• You can delete your whole account under Account in the dashboard. This is immediate and permanent, and your page links become free for anyone to claim.
• We may end your access if you break these terms. If we close LeadInBio, we will give reasonable notice so you can save your data.

LeadInBio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost leads or lost data. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the previous twelve months or [liability cap].

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [city]. If you are a consumer, this doesn't remove any rights your local law gives you.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email account holders and update the date above. If you keep using LeadInBio after a change, the updated terms apply.
